MAHC Board Meeting Registration

Thank you for your interest in Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare and attending the Board of Directors meeting. Open board meetings are conducted to provide members of the public with an opportunity to observe the decision-making process and provide you with a better understanding of the rationale for plans and decisions. Should members of the public wish to address the Board on any matter, please refer to the Delegations to the Board policy.

Registered attendees are asked to arrive in advance of the meeting start time.

Registered attendees will have observer status, meaning that they may not provide comments or questions during the meeting.

Requests to address the Board must follow the Delegations to the Board policy.

All cell phones and email devices must be on silent/muted.

Meetings may be recorded by Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare or the media on radio, television or via the internet. Attendance by a member of the public at the meeting is implicit consent by the individual to the use of the recording for that purpose.

Private photographs or recordings of proceedings are not permitted.

Anyone who is disruptive to the proceedings will be asked to leave and may be prohibited from attending future meetings
